1. Returns

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@bubblz.co.uk

6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

7. Legal Compliance (United Kingdom)

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights are not affected.
